1 General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the l89x platform and its users. By using the l89x website, mobile version, or any related services, you fully accept these Terms and agree to comply with them.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please stop using our platform. By registering an account, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms.

The word "platform" used in these Terms refers to all services, websites, and tools of l89x. "User" or "player" refers to any registered member.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

To create an account on l89x and use any of its services, users must be at least 21 years of age. Providing a false age during registration is a serious violation and will result in immediate account termination.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may operate only one account on l89x. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are detected, all accounts will be suspended and any unprocessed bonuses in those accounts will be forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided during registration must be completely truthful, accurate, and your own. Using false, incomplete, or another person's information is strictly prohibited. Any changes to your information must be reported to our support team immediately.

2.4 Geographic Restrictions

l89x primarily serves players in Bangladesh. Services may be limited for users from certain regions or countries. It is the user's responsibility to stay informed about the laws applicable in their own area.

3 Account Verification & Security

3.1 Identity Verification (KYC)

l89x may request identity verification at any time to ensure a safe environment. This may include:

• A copy of your National ID (NID), passport, or birth registration certificate
• Proof of current address (utility bill, bank statement)
• Proof of the payment method used

Withdrawals may be temporarily held until verification is complete.

3.2 Account Security

Keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Giving third parties access to your account is prohibited. If you suspect account theft or unauthorized access, change your password immediately via the l89x Login page and notify our support team.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Methods & Limits

The following payment methods are accepted at l89x:

The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500. Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly.

4.2 Withdrawal Policy

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Withdrawals will only be made through the same method used for the original deposit.

Withdrawals may be temporarily held under the following conditions:

• Account verification is incomplete
• Active bonus wagering requirements have not been met
• A security investigation is ongoing

4.3 Third-Party Transactions

Depositing or withdrawing on behalf of anyone other than the payment account registered in your own name is strictly prohibited. Any such transaction detected will be cancelled and the account will be investigated.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New players can receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,000 bonus, making your total balance ৳2,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount. For example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 in wagers must be placed before bonus winnings become withdrawable.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own expiry and conditions, which are stated in the offer description.
• Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts is prohibited.
• l89x reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
• Bonuses apply only to the games or sections specified in the offer.
• Bonus funds cannot be converted to cash — only winnings after wagering requirements are met are withdrawable.

6 VIP Program

The l89x VIP Program has four tiers. Each tier offers weekly cashback and other benefits. Tier upgrades are based on regular activity and consistency of play.

• Bronze: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Silver: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Gold: Up to 1.1% weekly cashback
• Platinum: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback

VIP benefits are non-transferable and apply solely to the personal use of the account holder. l89x reserves the right to change VIP tiers, benefits, and terms.

7 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

7.1 Fair Play Policy

l89x believes in fair play. All game outcomes are determined impartially and at random (Random Number Generator — RNG). No player or team may unfairly influence the outcome of any game.

7.2 Betting Rules

In the sports betting section (cricket, football, Callbreak, etc.), bet amounts and bet types are determined according to the specific rules of each game. l89x reserves the right to void any bet incorrectly set due to a technical error.

7.3 Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises regarding a game result, our support team must be notified within 72 hours. l89x system logs and records will be considered final evidence.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on l89x:

• Abusing the bonus system or collecting bonuses through fraudulent means
• Money laundering or transacting with funds from illegal sources
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to gain an unfair advantage
• Using another user's information, password, or identity
• Attempting to hack or compromise the platform's security systems
• Using the same promotion through multiple accounts
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage
• Providing false identity or documents

9 Account Suspension & Closure

9.1 l89x's Rights

l89x may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for any reason — particularly in cases of violations of these Terms — without prior notice. Balances associated with prohibited activity may be forfeited.

9.2 User's Rights

Any player may close their account voluntarily. Please withdraw any remaining valid balance before submitting a closure request. After closure, the account's data will be retained for a specified period in accordance with applicable law.

9.3 Inactive Accounts

For accounts that have been inactive for an extended period, l89x may declare the account inactive with prior notice. Detailed terms on this matter will be communicated to the email address provided at registration.

10 Limitation of Liability

l89x does not accept liability for the following in connection with services provided through its platform:

• Loss caused by internet disconnection or technical issues
• Problems caused by disruption to third-party services (payment gateways, game providers)
• Loss caused by the user's own negligence or error
• Temporary service disruption due to unexpected server or system outages

l89x is committed to resolving any technical issues as quickly as possible. However, l89x is not liable for inability to provide compensation in circumstances beyond its control.
