Warning Signs of Problem Gaming
Watch Out for These Signs
Look out for the following to understand whether gaming is becoming a problem. If you notice more than one of these signs in yourself, it is important to take action now:
- Spending more time and money on gaming than you intend to
- Continuously placing bets to try to recover money you have lost
- Feeling uncomfortable or anxious when trying to stop gaming
- Continuing to game even at the expense of family, friends, or work
- Taking on debt or spending savings to fund gaming
- Lying to family or people close to you about your gaming
- Unable to focus on other tasks
Ways to Keep Yourself Protected
Daily Time Limit
Decide in advance how long you will game each day. After the set time, your account will automatically take a break.
Weekly Spending Limit
Set a maximum amount to deposit each week. Once the limit is reached, no further deposits can be made for that week.
Voluntary Break
Take a break from gaming for a few days or weeks. During the break you will not be able to access your account.
Permanent Closure
If you need a long-term break, let the support team know. They will deactivate your account completely for a set period of time.
How to Activate These Tools
Responsible gaming tools at l89x are easy to access from your account settings. To set any limit or take a break, log in to your account and find the "Responsible Gaming" section. There you will find all the options mentioned above.
Reducing a limit or activating a break takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit is subject to a defined waiting period — this is intentional so that decisions are not made in the heat of the moment.
If you have trouble using these tools yourself or need further assistance, our support team is always ready.
Tips for Healthy Gaming

- Only spend money you can afford to lose
